There is lots of parking available at the venue. If any vehicles are left overnight they must be picked up by 10:00 am the following day.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm. Please allow yourself time to park and make your way to the ceremony area by this time. We recommend arriving by 2:45pm.
Will the event be indoor or outdoor?
The ceremony will take place outdoors on an open field and the reception will be held indoors.
Poor weather contingencies are planned for. (But hopefully not necessary!)
Where can I stay overnight?
If you are not driving home afterwards there are accommodations at Harrison Hot Springs, which is only a 10-15 minute drive from the venue. There are also AirBnB's located nearby.
We have reserved onsite accommodations for family but will have limited additional suites available, please contact us to request a room at the venue.
What should I wear?
We'd love to see our guests get dressed up - we will be! We are requesting that all of our guests come in formal attire. For ladies this means floor length, tea length, or midi formal dresses, and suits for the gentlemen. Thank you!!!
Note for footwear - the ceremony will be taking place on a grass field.
When should I RSVP by?
To help with planning, please respond as soon as you are able to. However, we will need to finalize our plans by August 7th. We hope you can join us!
Can I bring a guest?
If your guest is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
